Working under the facilities manager, the roles of this job will include but are not limited to: Minor repairs throughout the building such as minor door adjustments, minor plumbing repairs, minor decorating, etc. Report any major problems to the facilities manager. Liase with contractors on site. Will be a key holder for the alarm system of the building. Will open and close the building as needed throughout the shift. Weekly fire alarm tests. Will assist the groundsman with the maintenance of the grounds and football pitches (training will be provided). The Company
