Oversee and manage a range of HR initiatives and programmes Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Collaborate closely with department managers to understand and execute the organisations HR needs Conduct performance and wage reviews Develop and maintain HR procedures and policies to ensure compliance with legislation Manage recruitment processes from start to finish Contribute to the development of a positive company culture Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have: A degree in Human Resources or a related field A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills An ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously A proactive approach to problem-solving Job Offer
