Prepare and submit regular cost reports and forecasts. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices. Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Provide support in the preparation of tender documents and bids. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, estimating software). Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Strong organisational and time management skills.
