Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

40,000 - 60,000 plus package doe Type:
Permanent & Immediate Requirement Location:
Fully Remote Working (West Midlands-based projects) This client is currently recruiting for an experienced QS / Estimator ideally with a background in Drylining / suspended ceilings. You will manage 2 - 4 projects at any one time, with values ranging from 200k up to 2 million. Responsibilities: Manage all commercial aspects of projects covering both pre and post contracts. Estimate as required, with experience in Causeway being a distinct advantage. Travel to and from site as needed, while remote working is possible. This is a permanent and immediate need.
