Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have a supportive responsibility for your store and team within The Frasers Group. We would like you to bring your skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our customer. Working with the team, you will effectively help create a welcoming, safe and secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in the store. As part of the store leadership team, you will be required to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding and advising them while remaining vigilant and aware of any potential risks to the store. You are required to assist the store management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop. By working closely with the team, you will be identifying and communicating risks, completing safety and security checks, reporting information, and acting as a deterrent on the shop floor. You will ensure Company policies and standards around the front of the store are adhered to at all times, signing visitors in to the building, as well as keeping product full and merchandised. This is a full-time, permanent role, 45 hours per week working 5 days out of 7. The shift pattern will change week on week and will include a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend work. We are looking for full flexibility across the working week. Qualifications

About you: Experience working in a retail environment Committed to working as part of the store team Enjoys a people-facing role, providing friendly and engaging customer service Self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers Assertive personality and able to de-escalate conflict if required Please note that we do not require an SIA licence for this role. Whilst a background in security is beneficial, we welcome applications from retail or hospitality managers who are passionate about customer service and minimizing loss. Additional Information
