As a Senior Partner Attraction Manager, you'll lead a team of experts to develop and implement innovative marketing and attraction strategies. You'll play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing future partners, ensuring we have a robust pipeline to meet our business needs. You’ll lead a high-performing team and deliver through others. You'll use your experience to create and implement successful recruitment marketing strategies, especially for challenging locations. Your role will also involve developing strategies to build and manage both internal and external candidate pipelines, ensuring engagement and readiness for partnership. Through your team, you will proactively identify and qualify leads that will strengthen the quality of the partnership pipeline, and you'll find creative solutions to meet business needs. Additionally, you'll monitor partnership pipelines, address gaps or risks, and support the delivery and engagement of face-to-face and virtual events, driving awareness of the Partnership and of our internal Partner Development Programme (Pathway) to support participants on their journey to Partnership. To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership experience as well as experience in building and implementing significant talent attraction and engagement strategies, which you will have gained from a recruitment background. We are looking for someone who will bring expertise in creating and implementing robust and innovative recruitment strategies and who is able to influence and build excellent working relationships at all levels.
