In this team our priority is to support our internal customers and make things happen. We value being accessible for our internal customers with scope for delivering on time and with high quality. Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will be: Supervising the team and ensuring a safe warehouse/service centers and work environment for all employees Maintain a high delivery performance by ensuring that best methods and practices are followed in order to ensure high quality Ensure a lean, effective and productive warehouse that operates according to established processes Be an involved part of the team and at times participate in operational tasks and improvement projects
Qualifications Previous Team Leader experience A good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics from a warehouse perspective SAP knowledge, expertise in Microsoft Office, and hands-on experience with warehousing is highly desired Solid spoken and written communication skills Working with and setting KPIs for the warehouse and team
Competencies We expect that you: Have a high degree of Safety Awareness Are focused with a good work ethic, and possess good organizational, coordinating, planning, and time management skills Understand cultural differences, are collaborative, and solution-oriented Are capable of developing, guiding, and directing a diverse team Have a methodical and structured approach to working practices and procedures Are proficient with priorities and can handle your own and your team's workload efficiently with a focus on high quality to meet operational deadlines Are interested in continuous improvement and can effectively handle changes
