We are looking to recruit an experienced UCD Lead Designer who will thrive as a key part of the team introducing and advocating a User Centred Design approach.

To be a success in this role you will be able to demonstrate practical experience of implementing a UCD approach. This should include playing a lead role in implementing UCD Methods and adopting an evidence-based approach that uses UCD to provide usable solutions that address the needs of the business. In addition to your functional role, the role will include acting as a coach and mentor in building a UCD culture, identifying skills gaps, and playing a key role in building the knowledge and capability. At a practical level, you will lead the development of the processes and procedures that will create an effective UCD Design function across the organisation and with partners.

This is a hybrid role requiring 1 - 2 days per week in our client's office in East Sussex.
