Marketing at VouchedFor is undergoing a seismic shift, and already has significant results to show for it. Last year, we tripled the reach of our consumer-facing campaign on the value of advice, and grew revenue from strategic partners more than 800%. This year, we plan to go further: increasing our B2C activity with an always-on brand campaign (activated through our adviser members) and educational content; transitioning our B2B strategy to focus on demand-gen; and consolidating our work with strategic partners to deliver additional revenue growth. The business grew 30% in 2024, and we’re aspiring to do the same again this year. This is an incredible opportunity to be a pivotal part of the team that helps us do that. The role
Reporting into our Head of Brand and Marketing, this role will be responsible for the delivery of some of our key campaigns: Lead the delivery of our annual Top Rated Adviser Guide - our biggest consumer-facing campaign. Manage external resource to develop and distribute B2C content. Support the successful launch of our inaugural Client Experience Awards - an industry awards evening for 250 guests. Collaborate with our Firm Sales team to develop and distribute B2B case studies. Work directly with our MD and founder/chairman to support our strategic partnerships. Measure, track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activity. What we’d love to see in you
Demonstrable experience in a similar role, such as marketing, product marketing or content marketing. Ideally, experience working either in a start-up environment or in financial services. Good verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for analysing data to inform marketing strategy. Not afraid to take on responsibility and own projects from a standing start. Humility and ambition in equal measure: this role will stretch from day-to-day admin (e.g. invoices and meeting organisation) to presenting strategy directly to our MD and Founder/Chairman. Strong project management and interpersonal skills and an ability to work with teams across the business to identify, prioritise, realise opportunities and drive measurable results. Why VouchedFor
