We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Groups & Events Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating groups and events from start to finish. This includes enquiry handling, logistics, coordination and ensuring all groups and events run smoothly and meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Initial enquiry handling through to contracting and invoicing Plan, organise, coordinate and deliver all groups and events including festive Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives Manage timelines and relationships Oversee logistics, including room setup and audiovisual requirements Provide on-site support ensuring everything runs smoothly Work with sales manager and revenue team Qualifications: Proven experience in events and/or groups Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Familiarity with PMS
