TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in South Yorkshire, Sheffield and the Surrounding. They are looking for experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to become part of an ever-expanding and skilled team, working on a reactive maintenance contract.
You will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance at high-end retirement villages and social housing plant rooms. This is a mixture of commercial & domestic PPMs and reactive maintenance.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE: Commercial & domestic PPMs and reactive property maintenance. Carry out repairs and rectification of faults and or minor works as required to return assets to service and or provide a clear understanding as to the requirements to do so via Mobile PDA. Carry out installations, asset replacements under minor works as required. Review all service and report documentation for accuracy prior to onward issue. Liaise with supervisor as and when required during the coordination of planned and reactive activities to ensure smart planning is achieved to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
Job Information Pay: £43000 Per annum. Extras - Company vehicle, fuel card, tools, PPE, package etc. Overtime available at 1.5x Mon-Sat & 2.0x rate Sun (Call out 1 in 4/5 weeks - £150 standby fee). Door to Door travel. Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday 40hr week. (8am to 5pm).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Commercial and Domestic gas certs required. Full UK driving licence.
