Main Duties of the Job The Nursing Associate brings a variety of mental health and physical health nursing skills to the team, working independently under the leadership of registered nurses, providing and delivering all aspects of nursing care. As a Band 4 Nursing Associate, you will be supported to develop your nursing skills and participate in delivering nursing interventions in the MDT.

Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities The Nursing Associate will have a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan and across the fields of nursing, providing holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety of settings. The Nursing Associate works independently under the leadership of the registered nurses (Band 5 or above), working within the sphere of nursing and care and within all aspects of the nursing process.
