Qualifications: Relevant electrical qualifications such as an apprenticeship, HNC, HND, ONC, or equivalent. Experience: Demonstrated success in a maintenance role within a manufacturing setting, ideally in the FMCG sector. Safety Focus: Deep understanding of health and safety standards and their practical application. Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
