The ideal candidate for this
Residential Property Solicitor
positionwill have: 2+ years PQE
in residential property law A proven ability to provide professional, competent legal advice in line with the SRA Code of Conduct Strong client care skills and excellent communication abilities Effective business development and marketing strategies to help drive growth Up-to-date knowledge and skills with CPD, in compliance with Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS )
standards Case management experience in conveyancing Leadership qualities to supervise and train team members in conveyancing team
