able to influence direction, decisions, and execution across the wider business responsive and demonstrates ownership, a bias to action, and commitment experienced in insurance product management and cares about customers comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions that drive product and process improvements capable in making trade-off calls to prioritise, from ideation to live, with key measures of success (We know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap.
