We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Lead Data Analyst

to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in data analysis and management, with a focus on working with Oracle and Azure technologies. This role requires a proactive professional who can develop, implement, and manage robust data quality solutions while driving operational excellence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Management: Analyze, manage, and maintain large datasets using

Oracle RDBMS

and

Azure Synapse . Develop optimized data extraction and transformation routines to support business objectives. Solution Development: Design and implement

data quality solutions

to address consistency, accuracy, and completeness issues. Manage data loading and extraction routines, specifically using

Siebel EIM . Technical Expertise: Utilize

PL/SQL ,

TOAD for Oracle , and advanced SQL scripting to create and manage data processes. Work with

SQL dedicated pools

and other Azure-native tools to handle large-scale data requirements. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve data-related issues efficiently, ensuring minimal impact on business operations. Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring data quality problems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business needs. Provide detailed reporting and documentation to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of

7+ years of experience

in data analysis and management roles. Proven track record of working with

Oracle RDBMS

and

Azure

platforms. Certifications (Preferred): Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Database Administrator. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of

PL/SQL ,

TOAD for Oracle , and advanced SQL. Experience with

Azure Synapse ,

SQL dedicated pools , and

Siebel EIM . Core Competencies: Ability to develop and implement data quality and governance solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex data challenges. Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting. Benefits:
