Asset Compliance and Data Officer
plays a crucial role in ensuring that our residents can trust their home to be safe and well-maintained. This means being on top of all the essential health and safety requirements for landlords, including lifts, gas, electricity, asbestos, legionella, fire safety, and damp, mould and condensation. Equally important is maintaining accurate, high-quality data about our properties. With this solid foundation, we can ensure we're doing the right thing at the right time, providing residents with the greatest value for their rent, and keeping their homes safe and secure. About You
If you're detail-oriented, passionate about safety, and ready to make a real impact, this role is for you! You’ll get to work with a committed, focused and fun team who show us the true value of teamwork every day! We are keen to hear from people preferably with all the qualifications, or if not, having strong experience in one or more areas of Asset Health and Safety management and compliance, and a willingness to work towards becoming qualified in the short-term.
