Be a Technical Project Manager and lead New Product Development (NPD) in Inkjet Solutions. In this role, you’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams to take new products from concept to production.

We need a results-driven, innovative leader with the energy and determination to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With experience in managing projects on small complex products, with mechanical and electronic components from any industry and experience successfully bringing them from concept to manufacture.

Experience:

Minimum 5-10 years’ experience managing projects in high-pressure NPD environments. Extensive experience managing small technical products with electronic and mechanical design from conception to manufacture. Thorough understanding of NPD and PLM processes. A range of IT systems at an advanced level e.g. MS Office and Project, Atlassian JIRA and Cognidox, etc. Formal project management qualification e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, APMP etc. Degree qualified in a STEM subject.

Day to Day: You will manage projects following the Product Lifecycle Management process, from identifying customer requirements to launching products and supporting New Product Development. You will have a full overview of the projects and are required to lead and understand the full technical aspects of the product to successfully bring it to manufacture.

This includes creating specifications, forecasts, comprehensive project plans, detailed designs, verification and validation plans, and go-to-market strategies. You will use various techniques to control schedule, budget, risk, quality, and scope, while building relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to PLM processes. Driving process improvements for efficiency and quality will also be crucial.
