About the Role: As a CNC Programmer, you will play a key role in delivering high-precision components for a variety of exciting projects. You ll use your expertise to develop and optimise CNC programmes, working closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure world-class results. Key Responsibilities: Develop CNC programmes based on technical blueprints and design models. Utilise CAD/CAM software to create 3D models and efficient machining instructions (experience with SprutCAM is an advantage). Select appropriate tools and machine settings to meet exacting specifications. Conduct test runs, troubleshoot, and fine-tune programmes to ensure precision. Perform routine maintenance and problem-solving for CNC machinery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes. Document programming activities and ensure adherence to quality standards. What We re Looking For: Proven experience as a CNC Programmer within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and a strong understanding of CNC machining. Knowledge of tool selection and optimisation for efficiency and quality. Ability to read complex engineering drawings and translate them into actionable programmes. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Some 5 Axis experience is essential Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Relevant qualifications such as an HND, technical certification, or equivalent. Why Join?
