About The Role
This is a Working Foreman / Working Site Manager position where you will lead small teams of tradesmen on fast track fit out projects.
You will manage the schemes as Number 1 on site and ensure jobs run to programme. You will be responsible for the health and safety and report in to the Directors of the business. Projects are UK wide so you must be willing to work away from home if required. All accommodation and food subsistence is paid for and there is a continuation of work for the right person.
What You'll Get in Return
Initial freelance contract with a view to going on the books if all goes well. On top of a competitive hourly / day rate you will also be paid for any travel time to and from projects.
What You Need to Succeed in the Role
A trade background in joinery and a gold CSCS Card, along with SMSTS and First Aid. You must have previous experience working on fast track projects and leading teams of joiners. You will work on the tools when required and be okay with working away from home.
