Corporate Solicitor (Venture Capital focus) sought for Legal 500 ranked Venture Capital / Corporate Department of International Law Firm. The Firm Our client is a market leading International law firm with unmatched expertise in their field. Their Corporate and Venture Capital team advise some of the world's leading innovators. They are hugely prominent in the tech and life sciences sectors, working on some of the most high-profile venture capital financings. Advising companies and founders from inception to exit, the team also has a robust M&A practice with a focus on venture-backed M&A. The Role Due to growth, the team is looking to welcome on board a Corporate Solicitor (1-3 PQE) who is interested in developing their venture capital practice. You can expect to work on all aspects of corporate and venture capital work relevant to IP-rich, high-growth technology and life sciences companies. You will represent entrepreneurs, scientists, founders and investors in the venture capital community, as well as some mature businesses. The role will provide you the opportunity to drive forward a particular sector specialism, whilst playing a part in the firm's strategic growth across EU, APAC and US.
