The Opportunity: We are looking to expand our team and add a dedicated Recruitment Consultant. You will be managing a vast database of existing candidates as well as working with an established client base. The role will include interviewing candidates, discussing their requirements, and talking through relevant job roles while managing the interview process. The opportunity to generate new business with brand new clients is also a key attribute for this role. A huge majority of your time will be spent on the telephone engaging with people and clients all over the UK. The role is based in an office Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm M-T and 8am-3pm F). What we look for: Excellent communicator with impeccable relationship building skills. Established sales skills, telephone based in any field or industry; however, preference is given to those within a recruitment or similar field. A hunger to earn money.
