On is growing and is looking to add an experienced Talent Acquisition leader for our America's region. This role will serve as a consultant, leader, and problem solver. They will be responsible for designing a regionally specific talent acquisition strategy for North America, Canada, and Brazil, advising business leaders on market trends and recruiting best practices, delivering on key diversity intentions and leading the Recruitment for key roles.

Your Mission Manage, coach and develop a talented team of recruiters, supporting corporate hiring strategies across North America, Canada, and Brazil. Partner with hiring teams to build appropriate passive candidate sourcing, assessment and offer approaches to hire the best talent. Act as a player/coach - balance team leadership with leading recruiting efforts and hiring critical roles in the Region. Work closely with leaders across the America's region to ensure a candidate centric experience, balancing efficiency with attracting diverse talent. Stay ahead of industry changes and trends, delivering data-driven insights to the business to shape overall regional recruitment strategy. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives to evolve and deliver best practices for the TA function and a premium experience for the organization. Measure the right KPIs that drive priority behaviors and results, representing talent acquisition progress through data-driven storytelling.

Your Story You have at least 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 2+ years leading a team. Data Driven - you utilize data to advise and make decisions, with experience in data analysis. You inspire and motivate a team through team development and constructive coaching. Direct experience leading searches for director and executive level roles. Experience working in a global organization at the regional level, expertly navigating cultural and team nuances. Experience in Greenhouse and/or Workday a plus.
