We’re looking for a Fragrance Consultant for Rabanne to assist us in introducing and storytelling our fragrances, including the new luxury unisex collection that is currently exclusive to the Selfridges beauty hall. Reporting into our business manager, you will be responsible for maximising retail sales and building strong relationships with customers and team members at Rabanne. As a Fragrance Expert you will have a true passion and talk confidently about the products. You’ll be driven and have skills in traffic stopping and telling the story behind the product to enhance sales. What you'll get to do

As a key Brand Ambassador, you will ensure Rabanne's positioning as a luxury brand. Ensure a high-quality welcome, service and advice, in order to create and maintain the loyalty of our customers. Develop sales at our point of sale with a demanding clientele. Contribute to the proper running of the outlet (respect for merchandising, cleanliness). Participate in stock management. Passionate about and have significant experience in one of the leading fragrance, beauty or luxury brands. Sales driven with a client-experience approach. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening ability. Experienced in maintaining a continuous relationship with their clients. Sales driven, social, open and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Comfortable with Make-up application is a bonus. Flexible in working hours and tasks to be fulfilled.
