Technology Transfer Manager

to join a leading defence company. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of high-profile technology transfer and export programmes, working closely with partners across the UK and internationally. In this position, you will collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of complex delivery commitments. You’ll play a vital role in building relationships, managing technical and contractual requirements, and driving operational excellence. NOTE:

Due to security requirements, you must be a British national for this position. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the execution of high-value defence programmes involving technology transfer and collaborative partnerships. Act as the key point of contact for external partners, ensuring contractual obligations are met. Oversee delivery milestones, maintain budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes. Drive the strategic development of export and collaboration frameworks to meet project objectives. Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of agreements, ensuring alignment with business and partner goals. Engage cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution and continuously improve delivery processes. What You’ll Need

Proven experience in managing international projects, ideally within the defence or related industries. An understanding of technology transfer processes, licensing, or similar contractual frameworks is desirable. British passport is essential for this role. Strong relationship-building skills, with experience working with external partners and stakeholders. An adaptable and proactive approach to managing complex and evolving project requirements. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver on time and within budget. The ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams to success.
