I am currently in need of an External Site Manager for a main contractor based in Essex. The project is for a £20 million new build residential project in Morden, South London. The main contractor builds within sectors such as Public Sector, Commercial and Residential within London and the Home Counties with project values ranging between £5 - £40 million.
The Candidate:
Must be capable of looking after the external package including windows, doors, soffits, roofing, cladding, as well as car parking areas. Main duties will include: Short term programming Trade management Site inductions Raising permits Tool box talks Working to tight deadlines Influencing H&S on site Quality Assurance Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. My client is looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus a benefits package. The position is looking to start ASAP, but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
