Lead the front-of-house team with confidence and professionalism. Provide direction, motivation, and support to ensure smooth service operations. Consistently aim to provide 5-star service by anticipating guest needs, exceeding their expectations, and maintaining a polite and attentive demeanor throughout the dining experience. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage options, specials, and dietary requirements, and confidently offer recommendations while addressing any guest inquiries. Work closely with the management team to ensure that all brand standards are met, from service execution to the quality of the dining experience. Train, mentor, and develop junior waitstaff to uphold service excellence and encourage career growth. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the dining area. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction. Your personality, experience and qualifications

Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar supervisory role within a 4 or 5-star venue, preferably in fine dining. Confident, natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Ambitious to learn and develop within the hospitality industry. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in ensuring every aspect of the service is executed to perfection. Apply now!
