Workshop Manager , you will be responsible for supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim is to ensure we get their vehicle back on the road safely and in quick time. Accountable for day-to-day performance across all aspects of the workshop, you will develop a results-focused Vehicle Technician and workshop team that complies with the highest technical and quality standards, drive innovation and improvement to minimise vehicle downtime, and above all, deliver on our service commitment to customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the workshop team to achieve operational excellence. Ensure compliance with technical and quality standards. Drive efficiency and innovation to reduce vehicle downtime. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly. Minimum Requirements: Technical expertise in automotive workshop management. Strong business acumen and understanding of workshop efficiencies. Excellent people management and coaching skills.
