About Emsworth House: Dual site , providing 58 residential and nursing beds for older adults, some of whom are living with Dementia. Redevelopment:

the home is due to start a journey of redevelopment over the next 3 years seeing extensive investment and construction to create a state-of-the-art, purpose-built service that focuses on the delivery of nursing care. The home is set in extensive, well-maintained grounds in Emsworth, a beautiful location at the top of Chichester Harbour in Hampshire, close to the border with West Sussex. Rated Requires Improvement by CQC in April 2023,

this is an exciting time to join the team as we have been part of a service-wide transformation project focusing on quality, culture and improving outcomes. The service is now ready for a new leader to take it forward on its road to a Good or Outstanding rating. Fast-paced environment:
