Principal Test Engineer - Powertrain

With so many moving parts all in one engine, learning and improving from testing is a critical part of making the best engine on the grid.
This company is a well-known name in the motorsport world for delivering high performance powertrains for a number of race series around the world. They are involved in all aspects of the powertrain coming to life, from initial design, manufacturing, and testing.
In this role, you will be working in a niche team of engineers, where your main responsibility will be delivering a clear path for outlining testing procedures for test rigs and dynos. This can involve measuring a range of aspects dependent on project requirements, but most importantly, it is about providing data analysis through AVL Indicom to give development direction for the design team.
You will NEED previous ICE powertrain experience across either automotive or motorsport applications and be confident in delivering precise testing plans and findings in testing results.
