Overview:
A great opportunity is available for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a varied and often complex caseload while collaborating with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in private client work
Good technical skills, including experience of drafting wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and advising on Inheritance Tax
Responsibilities:
Independently managing a diverse caseload, including drafting wills, setting up Trusts and advising clients
Supervising and supporting fee-earners and junior members of the team
Working with the partner to develop and grow the team as well as developing the existing client base
Skills:
Strong technical expertise in private client matters
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach when working with clients
