Job overview
We are recruiting for a Non-Clinical Transport Team Leader who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
You are required to help manage a shift of drivers ensuring all tasks are completed and manage a group of staff including conducting grow togethers and training.
You will be a role model for staff and lead by example and deal with complaints from service users and act on emergency situations to ensure all transport demands are dealt with in a timely manner.

Main duties of the job
Deal with managers/ENH Pharma/HSSD/Health records in solving any transport issues. Be responsible for conducting sickness return to work with staff. Participate in creating a caring environment with all members of staff within the department to achieve an acceptable standard of patient care. Be responsible for effectively using the computerised task management stream system to allocate jobs.

Qualifications / Training
Essential criteria Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English Supervisory qualification or equivalent experience. Clean driving licence Willingness to undertake training as required Previous Experience
