10th February 2025 23:59 We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as a Systems Audit Officer, within a national policing unit. More about the role The successful candidate will support our dedicated teams in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our law enforcement systems. Working as part of a small team, the role involves conducting thorough audits of police and law enforcement databases, identifying and investigating non-compliant or inaccurate searches. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in the preparation of comprehensive monthly reports to various departments, working under the guidance of the ACRO Audit Supervisor. This is a full-time position; however, flexible working requests will be considered. What’s on offer? Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or similar qualification. Excellent working knowledge of IT systems, the use of databases and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Ability to pay attention to detail and creatively problem solve. Awareness of Audit purpose and practices. Experience communicating with staff, including difficult or sensitive conversations. *note some benefits are subject to a minimum service requirement.
