Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations. Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts and clarify requirements. Map out the as-is and to-be business processes. Manage and document changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Prioritize requirements based on business needs, resource availability, and project constraints. Assist in developing test plans and test cases to ensure the system meets business requirements. Support the creation and delivery of training materials for end-users. Provide ongoing support post-implementation, helping users adapt to the new system and addressing any issues. Qualifications

Experience working within the financial services sector, preferably with medium-sized companies. Proficiency in understanding and mapping as-is and to-be business processes. Strong ability to elicit and constructively challenge requirements. Experience working with administrative back-office functions and understanding operational flows. Comfort in working remotely with stakeholders across different countries and time zones. Familiarity with workflow systems and principles. Experience in collaborating closely with technical system administration and solution design roles. Ability to plan and manage time effectively. Skill in identifying and engaging with key stakeholders with minimal guidance while building trust. Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and accepting constructive challenges. Traditional Business Analyst approach with a logical and flexible work style, even when standard processes and templates may not be fully established. Description
