We are seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented Digital Developer to join our multidisciplinary agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-end clients and be at the forefront of modern Headless CMS builds.
In this role, you'll enjoy significant autonomy and the ability to make key decisions, while also collaborating closely with the team to influence and drive a variety of exciting projects. This position will involve some client-facing responsibilities, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with clients and representing the agency.
What You'll Do
Translate designs from Figma into high-quality web solutions. Work across both Front End and Back End development. Develop and integrate content management systems, including WordPress, Squarespace, and Headless CMS solutions. Deliver exceptional experiences with modern web technologies such as JavaScript, 3JS, and CSS, while managing Back End elements in PHP, Bootstrap, and database management. Maintain and enhance existing bespoke websites for a variety of clients, ensuring their continued functionality and relevance. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer innovative, tailored solutions. Contribute to a collaborative team environment, where your ideas and expertise will influence the success of various projects. What We're Looking For
A self-starter with a dynamic, solutions-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction while bringing innovative ideas to the table. Comfortable managing client relationships and delivering on their expectations. Experience working with bespoke websites for multiple clients, with a proven ability to maintain and optimize existing sites. Technical experience in both Front End and Back End development, with a passion for working on modern technologies like Headless CMS builds. Location:
