We are excited to advertise an opportunity for an
Environment Manager . This new role brings together the responsibility for our Grounds maintenance, Cleansing Bereavement, and Arboriculture Services across our three geographical areas: Greater Eston, East Cleveland, and Coastal.
This is a key role in terms of overseeing the delivery of essential front-line services and driving a modernization program that adapts to changing demands.
The skills and experience we are looking for include:
Extensive experience of managing environmental services relating to grounds maintenance and/or cleansing operations. Experience of managing complex budgets robustly and professionally. Experience of leading large complex teams to deliver excellent front-line services. Experience of managing employee relations in a complex environment. Extensive experience of delivering performance improvement in a large complex high-profile service. Experience of using technology to improve service efficiency. Experience of managing improvements in health and safety across operational services.
