Required skills/experience: Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps (ADO) Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Knowledge of data management and integration (ETL processes, API integrations) Customization and configuration skills for Dynamics 365 Understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines Experience Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 deployments and integrations Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Familiarity with managing and migrating data across systems Proven track record of optimizing business processes using Dynamics 365 Qualifications Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 (eg, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Associate, Expert Certifications) Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
