Responsibilities of the Credit Risk Analyst: Monitor, maintain and enhance critical credit scorecards and decisioning performance across consumer and business journeys. Collaborate with other team leads to identify risks, improve processes, and optimize connections to our network. Engage with stakeholders across different business areas to align strategies and achieve company goals. Provide valuable feedback on propositions, projects, and services. Analyze data using Excel, SAS, Alteryx, and Python to identify trends and opportunities. Challenge existing credit policies and propose effective changes. Perform regular and ad-hoc tasks, delivering actionable insights to drive positive outcomes. The successful

Credit Risk Analyst will have: Experience managing and developing credit scorecards (Essential). Advanced Excel skills (Macros, Pivots, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, etc.). VBA knowledge is beneficial. Recent experience analysing data using SAS/SQL, Alteryx, or similar tools (within the last 6 months). Mathematical or finance-related degree or proven experience at a senior/lead analyst level.
