A leading business in North Sheffield is seeking a Credit Controller to join their talented and experienced team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent later down the line. Due to the retirement of the current position-holder, our client is looking for a bright and driven Credit Controller who is keen to bring value and build their skillset. As a Credit Controller, your role is pivotal in maintaining the businesses’ adherence to credit policies and undertaking some of the following tasks: Chasing public sector organisations via telephone & email. Build strong relationships with relevant contacts. Ensure the accurate updating of the accounts receivable ledger. Ensure the accurate allocation of payments into customer accounts. To be successful in your application as a Credit Controller, you must demonstrate the following traits and skills: Team-player and actively seeks opportunities for growth and development. 2 years’ experience in a relevant role. Organised & attentive. Proficient/ adaptive to a range of bespoke systems. The successful candidate will receive the following advantages: Salary range £25,000 - £27,000. Working hours 8:00am-4:00pm. Rising holidays with length of service. Recently refurbished office with modern facilities. Free on-site parking.
