We’re looking for an exceptional Marketing Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team on a 6-month temporary assignment. What You’ll Do As their Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our communications and events efforts, bringing stories to life and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your key responsibilities may include: Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare and monitor budgets, report on financial performance, and explain variances. Content Creation: Write and proof engaging communication pieces for platforms, including media releases, event communications, and award submissions. Channel and Content Management: Oversee content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint) and electronic direct mail (EDM) systems. Event Support: Roll up your sleeves to help plan, execute, and support events as needed. Strategic Communications: Develop compelling internal and external communications that align with organisational goals. What We’re Looking For To hit the ground running, you’ll need: Experience: A proven track record in communications, social media, marketing, or journalism. Skills: Excellent written, proofing, and verbal communication. Experience managing content on platforms like WordPress or SharePoint. Proficiency with EDM tools and the Microsoft Office suite. Personality: A team player with a knack for juggling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to challenges. Why Join This Team?
