Lecturer - Electrical Installation Annual Salary: £31,357 to £43,729 including London Weighting, with potential Industry Sector Payment of up to £5,000 for strong candidates Location:West London Job Type: Full-time FE College is renowned for its excellent facilities and strong delivery of Electrical Installation courses. We are inviting applications for a full-time Lecturer in Electrical Installation at our campus. This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about teaching and developing the next generation of electricians. Day-to-day of the role: Teach a range of Electrical Installation programmes to learners primarily aged 16-18 and some aged 19+. Prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet curriculum standards. Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress. Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure courses are current and industry-relevant. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and overall student experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified to Level 3 in Electrical Installation. Experience gained within the Electrical Installation industry. Some teaching or training experience is preferred. Strong communication and organisational skills. A commitment to continuous professional development. Candidates without a teaching qualification will be considered, as the college supports fully funded teacher training.
