Job Summary In this role, you will be a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for leading and coordinating marketing and communications activities within the EMEA and APAC regions. You will work closely with the Global Marketing team to adapt and optimize global campaigns for regional success and collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and execute region-specific marketing plans that drive impactful results. This role requires strong experience in a matrixed environment, effectively navigating cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders. You will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of shared key performance indicators (KPIs) with both Global Marketing and Regional Sales teams. This involves selecting and implementing appropriate global programs or developing regional initiatives that directly impact KPIs while ensuring alignment with stakeholder feedback and regional priorities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Implement Regional Lead Generation Strategies: Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives that build brand awareness, generate demand, create and nurture leads, and accelerate the sales pipeline within the EMEA and APAC regions. Ensure alignment with the positioning and messaging defined by the Global Marketing team, as well as alignment with regional sales and marketing objectives. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Global Marketing teams (MARCOM, Revenue/Partner Marketing), Employee Communications, and Sales by building and maintaining strong working relationships and a collaborative environment with key stakeholders across these teams. Ensure clear communication and alignment on regional marketing initiatives and priorities. Drive Localized Marketing Efforts: Develop, execute, and support the implementation of targeted marketing and communication plans, including high-touch programs that increase awareness, generate quality pipelines, advance prospects and customers through the sales cycle, and enhance customer relationships within the EMEA and APAC regions. Act as a Regional Representative: Serve as the Global Marketing team’s representative for each sub-region within the designated territory. Also serve as the Sales team’s representative for the Global Marketing team. Evaluate and Report Program Impact: Contribute to the development of KPIs and track progress towards achieving these goals. Measure, analyze, and present data-driven reports on the performance and outcomes of Field Marketing initiatives to key stakeholders and the executive team. Gather Regional Insights: Collect local market data to support ongoing market research and regional marketing and sales efforts. Provide a detailed, region-specific perspective on the Ideal Customer Profile through account segmentation and insights into the buying process. Build and Strengthen the AVI-SPL Brand: Understand how the AVI-SPL brand is perceived across the EMEA and APAC regions and identify areas for improvement. Elevate brand awareness and affinity among target audiences. Position AVI-SPL as an industry leader by deploying and managing region-specific initiatives to achieve measurable improvements in brand attributes. Skills and Abilities Proven expertise in planning and executing marketing campaigns & events of varying sizes and formats Clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to adapt to changing priorities Effective collaboration and consensus-building skills – ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales leaders, operations, and the marketing team Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and direct reports across different geographies Excellent critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work and think independently and meet deadlines Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Ability to travel up to 30% Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar or related field preferred 10+ years of direct experience in B2B Marketing, including go-to-market planning, development and execution across multiple marketing channels Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives 5+ years of managing direct reports in a matrixed organization – both remote and on-site Experience working effectively in a matrixed organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams Experience in a global and/or complex business environment is desirable Ability to think critically and make optimization decision based on data analytics Experience with Microsoft O365 tools, including Excel and Teams
