Your new company An award-winning manufacturing/distribution company based in Cardiff. Your new role Working in a newly created Graduate Marketing Administrator role, you'll be responsible for all the marketing administration for the office. This will include the following: Organising and setting up databases for customer marketing activities. Overseeing, owning and updating all social media outlets for the company. Being the main marketing point of contact for the customer base, which includes working directly with large household brands and the customer's internal marketing and social media teams. Organising and overseeing events on behalf of the company and working closely with the sales and business development teams. Working closely with internal departments and stakeholders to produce a marketing strategy for the company. Ad-hoc administrative duties as they arise. What you'll need to succeed You'll have studied marketing in some capacity, be a confident administrator with a can-do attitude. You'll have good IT skills and be creative in your approach to marketing activities. You'll be a strong team-player and comfortable dealing with a wide variety of people at all levels. Strong communication skills, particularly written English, are essential as the role involves writing copy for the company website and various social media channels. This is a newly created role, so it will naturally evolve with the post-holder. This is a superb opportunity to start a career in marketing for a successful and established company. What you'll get in return This is a permanent role, paying a salary of £24,000. This is an office-based role in the Cardiff area; there will be the opportunity to work hybrid hours further into the role once you're established. Hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, and Friday 9am to 2.30pm. An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
