From £15.26 per hour. Paid weekly. Main Expectations of Commercial Waste Sales Officer:
Ability to demonstrate a strong desire to succeed in delivering high quality Commercial Waste services, achieving revenue objectives. Ability to plan and organise work priorities, sometimes months in advance, and allocate work to meet performance targets and conflicting deadlines. Effective report writing. Good negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to calculate, monitor, authorise and estimate business requirements and income for both customers and internal budgetary control. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives and providing customer retention. Demonstrable experience of ability to work as part of a team within sales and operations and liaise with colleagues to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Demonstrable experience of ability to attract new custom through face-to-face communication and other communication streams to obtain new business. Demonstrable experience of a requirement to have a personal and professional approach which generates credibility, respect and confidence amongst clients, colleagues, senior members of the organisation, and other stakeholders. Demonstrate behaviours that comply with the organisation's High Performance Environment (HPE). Available to work outside of normal office hours. Willingness to work in a working environment that can expose the post holder to outside weather environments. Category C vocational driving licence.
