You will be educated at degree level, have completed the LPC or SQE1 with a minimum of 2 years solid experience in property law.
Experience to include:
Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and re-finances including properties in companies Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances Preparing contract packs Experience of the land registry portal Registration including companies house and Land Registry Drafting AP1s and stamp duty returns
