We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Estates Management Surveyor. If you are a self-driven professional with a wealth of experience navigating the challenges of the property industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will bring your excellent communication skills to the forefront, building strong relationships with tenants and professionals alike. As a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, you will have considerable post-qualification experience in commercial property, particularly in rent reviews and lease renewals. A solid understanding of valuation methods, estate management laws and best practices will be key to your success in this role. You will join a small and supportive team providing a professional valuation and estates service to the council including: Management of a diverse portfolio of over 200 commercial properties Management of the council's corporate and operational estate As well as time working either in the office or from home, you will be out in the community, meeting tenants and inspecting our properties. Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for commercial property valuation and management, including tasks such as new lettings, rent reviews, marketing, lease renewals, assignments, debt management, service charge management and repairs and dilapidations.
