Extremely accessible via Public Transport Key Responsibilities: Managing and monitoring all Hard and Soft services to ensure effective delivery, including establishing planned preventative maintenance programmes. Assisting the Building Manager in conducting supplier contract meetings and assessing performance through KPIs. Validating invoices for services provided and monitoring ongoing expenditures. Promoting occupier engagement through tenant meetings and networking events. Managing requests for minor works and ensuring their completion to the highest standards. Conducting daily safety tours and property inspections, reporting findings in a timely manner. Overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. Collaborating with the Management Team on the Service Charge budget. Ensuring prompt resolution of service/maintenance issues and keeping all parties informed. Maintaining accurate property information and liaising with occupiers and service providers. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 3 years' experience in Facilities Management and a strong understanding of Managing Agent responsibilities. IOSH Managing Safely qualification (essential); membership of IWFM or IOSH is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills at all levels, with a professional and supportive demeanour. A flexible and adaptable attitude with strong self-motivation. Good management skills to drive staff performance and maintain high standards. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and experience in managing related issues.
