Contracts Manager

to join our Water and Drainage Management division. As our

Contracts Manager , you will be managing the works programme, client relationship, and team performance for a number of contracts within the Kings Langley and Heathrow areas. This is a full-time, permanent position based from our Kings Langley depot. The duties of the Contracts Manager role will include: Managing and resourcing the works programme, working within the constraints and specification of the contracts Building effective and professional working relationships with clients Managing the teams at both depots, dealing effectively with performance or personnel issues Overseeing financial management, planning, systems, and controls of specified contracts Promoting and managing safe working processes, including carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre-determined targets What skills and experience do you need? We are looking for a

with previous experience in the highways, drainage, or utilities industry. You will be a confident communicator with strong client relationship management skills as well as team management experience. You will have the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. A full UK driving license is essential.
