We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Bid Manager to join our client's Occupational Health team. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing winning bids and proposals that showcase our expertise and demonstrate our value proposition to potential clients.

What You'll Do:

Research, write, and edit persuasive bid documents that highlight our unique selling points and demonstrate our ability to meet client needs. Collaborate with our team of occupational health specialists, sales professionals, and other stakeholders to gather information and develop tailored solutions. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and client needs. Analyse bid results and provide valuable insights to refine our bid strategies and increase our success rates. Contribute to the growth and success of our company by securing new contracts that will improve the health and safety of countless employees.

What You'll Bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and close deals. A strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles, regulations, and best practices. The ability to analyse client needs, identify opportunities, and develop winning bid strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients. A results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
