In Short The Lead Cross-Delivery Program Manager sits at the critical interface between business stakeholders and IT Domain Verticals, with a strong focus on outward communication. This role is pivotal in horizon scanning, proactively addressing the demand side of IT delivery, and aligning strategic initiatives with IT delivery priorities. What You Will Do Take personal responsibility for driving the delivery of high-profile, complex, and cross-vertical changes. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to foster seamless collaboration and deliver impactful outcomes. Understand the full Deal Lifecycle and the breadth of the Trading IT landscape. Drive fast, efficient delivery of simple cross-vertical changes. Simplify and improve IT’s interface with Commercial Change. What You Will Bring Multi-year experience and/or relevant certifications in key IT frameworks such as portfolio management, program management, or project management (e.g., PRINCE2). University degree in Information Technologies or equivalent education with multi-year professional team leadership experience, preferably managing IT teams. Very strong understanding of Business Requirements in scope of N-2 function. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies & delivery methodologies. Proven track record in delivering IT projects within scope, time & budget.
